We purchased this car back in 1978. We have every document paperwork to prove that we are original Owners. We have the build sheet where my father ordered it. Original window sticker original warranty card Five sets of keys. The lighters and ashtrays was never used as you will see in the pics I took it to a Lincoln dealership about two weeks ago. And the owner of the Lincoln dealership couldn’t believe his eyes it still has the original Michelin tires. That has not dry rotted this car was well preserved and kept in a climate controlled garage. All of its life. The owner at the Lincoln dealership said it’s like we are back in 1978. This car has been in the West Coast all of its life. The car is just breaking 10,000 miles yes I said 10,000 miles. You will not find a better Lincoln Continental Mark V anywhere in this world. It has the Lincoln 400 engine with every option that came in that year. I can truly tell you that is the finest Continental Mark V in existence. I promise you you will not find better and you will not be disappointed. It is a very rare color three-way burgundy. With a full padded top. It is a gorgeous color combination. When my dad ordered this car in 78 he had to pay extra to have the color the way he wanted it. The reason for me selling it. My father car he has passed away this year. July 16. And it reminds me too much of my father.
