Selling 1988 town car with no reserve. I have had this car for 5 or 6 years and bought it from the 2nd owner and it had at that time 30,000 some miles.. He would store this car in a garage with a blanket on it.. Since moving to Texas in november it has lost its garage and i no longer can keep it. There are a couple of small spots of oxidation just now showing on the trunk and hood so it prob should be stored in a garage to keep its orig condition intact, or just drive it.. i have driven this dependable car for the last few years and it is a joy to drive, and very comfortable with a great AC system and starts every time. i did maintenance on this in the last year like belts and shocks, front brakes, battery cables, starter etc.. Tires have a lot of life left, i would say 70 percent.. This prob wont sell too cheap so be ready at the end of the auction for higher bidders, its a good clean comfortable classic car.. Alpine stereo and bluetooth for phone.. also keyless entry and alarm. Engine is smooth as well as overdrive transmission giving it good gas mileage for a car this size.. Multi port fuel injection.. This is the base town car, so it does not have some of the bling that some of these have which i liked when i bought it.. It has all power features and is a great car.. Look around and see what these sell for.. I am going to list it in other publications and reserve the right to sell the car during the week if that comes up.. This car has had no collisions and it has ACTUAL mileage on the odometer..A couple issues with the car.. The rear windows need new motors, this has not been an issue i never open them, but you should know about it.. The drivers door panel is slightly loose and prob needs some clips or other, and the speaker grille is in the trunk from the drivers door, small thing.. It will need a horn relay or other i pulled the fuse because the horn stuck on, and the cruise control is on the same fuse, but the cruise works great.. Clock does not work, like most of these. Basically needs a new home and some small attention in these areas. Mechanically sound and a great old school car..
