1979 Lincoln Mark Series Mark V

Please read entire listing! Check out this very clean and rustfree 1979 Lincoln Mark V! It shows 55,120 miles which we believe based on the overall condition to be accurate. Click on the pictures to enlarge!This one is powered by the peppy 400 cubic inch V8 with automatic trans.It starts right up,and it runs and drives.It seems like it may have been sitting,so we would recommend a tune-up,carb adjustment etc.It will also need minor exhaust repair.The Hercules tires have lots of tread and are mounted on the new black American Racing wheels.It does have factory A/C that blows cool.It also has newer shocks with airbags as shown in pic.All the factory markings are still under the hood! The headlight doors open and close nicely.The Black leather interior looks amazing for being 38 years old! No damage to the seats,dashboard or headliner.The rear seat looks like it was never used! It has power windows,power door locks,power seats,cruise control and remote mirrors.The uplevel AM-FM 8 track stereo has nice sound and the power antenna works correctly.The "Cartier" clock keeps accurate time and date! Even the gas and brake pedal pads show minimal wear.The nice clean floor mats with Fomoco logo appear to be original. All the courtesy lights and windshield wipers work accordingly.The trunk has original jack assembly,trunk carpeting and matching spare wheel and tire.The original Black with Grey two-tone paint looks good for its age.We believe the Lincoln must of been parked in a carport for some time.It has some nice glossy areas but it has some dull areas also.The vinyl top looks great and all the glass is clean and damage free.All the side trim,grill,emblems and chrome bumpers are nice and shiny.The body is very straight and rustfree! No dents,dings or signs of accidents or previous damage repairs.The floors and frame are very clean and also rustfree! This is a No Reserve Auction!
