1971 Lincoln Continental MK-3, 2 Door , One Owner, Barn Find, numbers matching
1971 Lincoln Continental Continental Mark3
I found this original owner barn find in New Jersey, It belonged to the Estate of an old man who had owned the car since new, Unfortunately because of bad health, he had parked the car about 2-3 years ago and had not driven it since. The car needed a new battery, Oil Change, and the brakes needed some looking into which my mechanic found the brake lines had been deteriorated and replaced them. I also had the car scrubbed clean by a detail shop by me and the car looks 100 times more presentable. It drives very smooth, it feels like you're sitting on the couch in your living room. I'm selling the car as i, so please look at all the photos and feel free to ask any questions. The car has a little rust in the usual places, over the rear wheels, Quarter panel etc. There is a small rip on the driver side seat, otherwise the interior is in mint condition. This car brings attention every time I drive it. The Cartier clock alone is worth a few hundred dollars. All the gauges were designed by Cartier. So they all match the clock. It's really a piece of art on wheels.
Engine is a big BlockV-8 460 CID (cubic Inch Displacement) 365 HP (Horsepower) with actual Millage of 92,273 on the Odometer. Two door Coupe.
Car is Metallic Brown with a Brown leather roof. Interior is a very pleasant dark Tan, or Beige color.
