This 1961 Land Rover 109 Series II 4×4 features a Chevrolet inline-six paired with a 4-speed manual with overdrive, and been driven 280 miles since a restoration that was largely completed by Robert Allen of Rio Linda, California.Restoration included the body stripped to bare metal. Rust repairs were conducted prior to a repaintin Rover Pastel Green and contrasting white conducted by Bay Autobody in Concord, California. New front and rear glass was installed and window seals replaced all around. 16″ steel wheels with Marshal tires measuring 215/85The interior paint was redone and the floor pans were replaced. Electrical components were rewired using a modern fuse box in the glove-box area.
The Land Rover has acustom roof rack on top of the safari top, and off-road accessories such as a Warn winch, HiLift jack, jerry cans, and spotlights.
