Beautiful and unique left hand drive (as it should be) Land Rover, an absolute joy to drive andhead turner for sure.With an extremely rare NAS Convertible Hard Top roof, the hard top alone is worth 7000USD. And while 99.9% of Defenders are stuck with their regular fixed hardtops, this one stands out by it's ability to drive around topless in the summer (legally).Nice, clean grey interior, with grey carpeting and cloth seats. Low mileage and it shows, mostly used to drive round the church, as we say here in Belgium. The 2.5 Turbo Diesel 19J engine runs beautifully, and will get you where you want to go, in style, with a topspeed of about 80 mph. Very clean engine bay!Gearbox is the strong and buttersmooth LT77 5-speed manual. Steering is power assisted and precise as it got an entirely new powersteering upgrade including steering box in 2012. It's got Boost alloy wheels and General Grabber tires with good tread. With 30MM spacers on each side, giving it a slightly wider track and better handling. Fitted with it's robust tubular winch bumper makes for a very mean look.This is basically an army truck for civilians (hence the name) and will by no means give you the luxury that a Range Rover will give you, but it can go anywhere hot or cold in the world and no other 4x4 gets attention like this mean Defender.
