2.4 VM Turbo Diesel
2 Door Range Rovers were never sold in the US and to find a left hand drive rust free one is very rare.
1986 was the first year of the VM Diesel unit and also the last year of the non intergrated side mirrors.
Fitted with Electric windows thats were a option as was the A/C althought this is not conected at present. power steering and disc brakes both front & rear. The chassis is rock solid having lived in the south of France most of its life. I could only find one small 1/4 size hole in the drivers footwell under the carpet.
Freashly blasted and powder coated original Rostyle rims and new BFG Goodrich tires.
Brand new Rotors, calipers and pads front and rear along with rear springs.
Brand new brake master cylinder and reduction valve. It's just had a full service that included all fluids filters, gearbox transfer box hubs and diffs.
Seats have no rips or tears. door panels need new card backing and clips but vinyl is good.
2.4 VM Turbo Diesel Left Hand Drive 5 speed manual Trans.
Runs and drives 4 wheel drives works as it should as do all lights.
It will need fresh paint as it was done in the past and is now showing its age. Original color was Balmoral Green.
Leagally imported with paperwork. over 25 years old so EPA excempt smog testing on classic plates
A few things to fix but mainly elec window motors, paint and headliner. These cars are super rare and worth a small fortune when completed. Do your homework and you will see with a bit of hard work you could make some real profit on this one. I'm only selling as I have too many Land Rover defender projects to finish.
