1974 Land Rover Series III Like New
This is the best Series Land Rover I have ever driven and I’ve been driving Land Rovers for 40 years. The Engine is smooth and quiet, starts first time every time. The Transmission is literally “Like New” it shifts up and down through the gears flawlesslywith no hint of noise. It even shifts down from second to first without a sound.
The bodywork shines like a new pin and would be equally at home in the woods, the desert or valet parked outside the country club.
The frame on this example is completely rust free and solid, all the electrical components operate as they should. The brakes are perfect, the vehicle pulls up in straight line every time. The tires are new (all five) they are road tires for a quiet ride, and completely capable of taking the Land Rover off road.
The interior is extremely nice with immaculate seats and carpet in hard wearing black.Everything about this eye catching Land Rover performs properly. It’s a joy to drive.
