82 Land Rover Series 3 County with 200 Tdi

Last of Series Land Rovers leading up to Defenders.
Right Hand Drive, akes a few minutes to adjust, ut certainly adds to the excitement of driving. But could be converted to LHD if need be.
Genuine County model with a few added luxuries including Defender cloth seats, afari roof, wing away spare wheel carrier.
Previous owner had the rover for 10+ years and imprted it to the states after the 200 Tdi engine was installed in England. The PO changed the timing belt prior to my ownership beginning 4 years ago.
Not sure you will find another Series that hasn't undergone a frame off restoration in this good condition.
Will go 55+ mph and ready to go anywhere.

200 Tdi conversion, onsidered the best Land Rover engine, pper 20's mpg.
Overdrive which does not whine
Very little surface rust, he chassis was treated with Waxoyl and the firewall is solid

Full length galvanized roof rack and access ladder

Titled and registered in New Jersey
If you want a great Rover then bid on this one and don't bother with the hassle of importing a Land Rover or arranging a 200 Tdi conversion.
It's a great rover, o known issues short of replacing the exhaust. It rusted through is a spot and it is all there to have a muffler shop replace it.
Sad to sell but a newborn baby and cross country move is fast approaching.
