Here we have an extremely rare and highly sought after 1991 Hunter Edition (cloth manual seats and non ABS brakes) Range Rover Classic with only 79,500 miles! This is only one of 400 built in 1991. And with the desirable Eastnor Green original paint you can only imagine how few of these are still on the road. Once this vehicle is bought, you will likely never see one like it again. Even though this vehicle has lower miles there are many brand new parts including (but not exclusive of) BFG KO2 All Terrain tires in LT225/75R16, front and rear Bilstein shocks, factory coil springs, Interstate Battery and Bosch starter. The headliner AND sunroof felt have just been replaced. Steering seems to be tight but it is not the power steering pump. Recent services include transmission, motor oil (using our preferred K&N oil filer), front & rear differentials, transfer case, factory suggested Champion Copper spark plugs, Idle Air Control Valve (stepper motor) and power steering fluid. It has recently passed the new stringent California “Star” smog certification requirements. Everything on this vehicle works as it should. Even the AC blows cold and heater core is still intact. The only thing this beauty needs is a shifter ribbon.
Though this vehicle has been looked after, it has also been enjoyed. It was often taken on the trail as it should be. Therefore, you will find a few scratches and dings on the original paint. And dust might be found in some hidden corners. It is rust free as seen in the photos. There3 was a small rust hole found on the front driver corner under the padding. It was professionally repaired and while it was being done, the passenger side was taken care of as a precaution. Please note it will not be immune to future services and repairs as it is pushing 26 years old. Please ask any and all questions before auctions end. Additionally, if interested, eBay offers a 3rd party inspection service. With that said, upon completion of the auction, there are no warranties offered. Please make sure that you bid ONLY what you are able to pay. This means, when the auction is over, and the winning bid is placed, that is the selling price of the vehicle. It does it open the door to negotiate or back out of your commitment. Please be aware that the people bidding for this vehicle actually want it. Do not spoil their chances at ownership. If I suspect any foul play (like running up the bidding to disclose Reserve then retracting your bid), I reserve the right to cancel all bids from and block that insincere bidder from this and any future auctions. If Buy It Now is exercised, an immediate PayPal deposit of $500 will be required. If the auction goes through the entire duration a PayPal deposit of $1750 is requested. The balance can be made via bank wire transfer or paid in cash within 3 days. So, again please make sure you have funding available.
