1967 Lancia Flavia 1.8 80 More Professional Photos On Our WebsiteThe Lancia Flavia (Tipo 815/819/820) is an executive car produced by Lancia in Italy from 1961 to 1971. Production continued as the Lancia 2000 from 1971 to 1975 and was extraordinarily successful with over 100,000 produced. The Flavia was launched with a 1,500 cc engine and introduced at the 1960 Turin Motor Show as a sedan while coupé and convertible versions developed by Pininfarina and Vignale quickly followed, together with one or two low volume; including a Zagato coupé. This Pininfarina coupe is equipped with a 1.8 litre aluminum boxer engine, Dunlop disc brakes on all four wheels, front-wheel drive, and front suspension by unequal-length wishbones and provides a thoroughly rewarding driving experience. With its striking design it is sure to get attention wherever it goes. While a quality respray was performed under previous ownership, the current enthusiast owner, who has driven the car approximately 3,000 miles has done the following work: new seat covers, carpets and door cards, most chrome re-plated, new clutch and resealed transmission, new sport coil, new CV joint, new rear axle bearings and a refinished dash. Mileage is shown in Kms at just over 10,000. We assume the five digit odometer has rolled once so estimated mileage is approximately 60,000 miles (TMU). (some but not all invoices attached) The underside is clean and solid. The paint has good gloss and presents very well although there are minor paint blemishes under a small dent repair on the edge of the trunk lid, another just above the rocker panel on the left wing and a few other very minor imperfections may be found. Glass and rubber is in good shape. The engine is efficient yielding around 24 mpg and consumes very little to no oil. There is a slight leak in the transmission which necessitates the adding of a few ounces of gear oil every 100 or so miles. Spritely and spirited it is indeed a pleasure to drive.
