1978 CJ7 original motor and transmission. Both had been rebuilt after I bought it in 2009. I bought it from a local airport. They bought new in 1978 for a snow plow. They put an hours meter on the engine. Have window sticker, all maintenance records. Every hour matches every mile! 19,000ish original miles. It doesnt snow much in TN. I did a full restoration on this (had a mechanic do 85%). I have all the pictures, all the documentation, every part I swapped out, did a full new body, new wiring, headlight, tail lights, gas tank, new power brakes, power steering, radiator, hood, lactches, dash panel, bolts, Bluetooth retro stereo that matches the 1978 original style, new speakers front and rear, new roll cage kit, new seats. Everything red has been powder coated. I have racing seat with 5 point harnesses, I have the original seats as well. I have the original hardtop. I have several biminis, one that covers the back as well. New tool box that fit jeep behind back seat with lock. Have perco switch and lockable glove box. I have the original dash pad.I have the original doors painted to match the gun metal grey paint job. Everything that was taken off has been kept. I just do not drive it enough. 2 kids wife and dog. We travel a lot and it's just sitting in my shop. Never left outside. It does need some finishing up. Doors aren't assembled but I have everything to do it. Engine does leak oil occasionally (it's 46 yrs old) and could probably use new seals, tranmission is great and works flawlessly, some small parts not finished yet....some bolts were not added back. Originally restoration had chrome bolts, I wanted them black. I have 1,000+ black bolt kits for this jeep, just haven't had the time. Carburetor needs adjusted...I have a carb rebuild kit that goes with it. Again, I don't need to sell it, I just wish it went to someone who could show it off more.
