1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer!

Vehicle Details

Hello!

If you have been looking for a classic Grand Wagoneer....today is your lucky day!

I have an 89 Jeep Grand Wagoneer for your consideration!

PLEASE! PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE DESCRIPTION....IF I FORGET ANYTHING I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE!

This is a used Wagoneer with many flaws....runs and drives great...IF YOU PLAN ON DRIVING THIS HOME...PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NEVER DRIVEN IT ACROSS THE COUNTRY.....IT MAY MAKE IT 3000 MILES...OR IT MAY NOT....IDK!

This Wagoneer is about as solid as you are going to find....I have included numerous photos of the undercarriage....surface rust only!!

I acquired this beauty from our mechanic at work. It was sitting at his parents place for a number of years...he quit driving it when the ignition control module went bad....never got around to getting it back on the road. He owned the Jeep since around 2010.

I replaced the control module...replaced some old fuel line...and she runs very well now.

All of the glass is good. All of the electric windows work....some are a bit slow. All of the lights work....everything electric seems to work as it should.

The rear glass is going to take a bit of tinkering to get it to work as it should. The switch is a bit finicky! I have the panel and carpet for the tailgate.....left it off for better access to mess with the window.

The headliner has been removed...as it was sagging and failing.

Has an aftermarket stereo which works. Jeep is fairly loaded. I also have the rear view mirror...needs glued back on.

She runs and drives well. THE TIRES NEED REPLACED! They sat flat for several years...I would replace the tires and have them balanced!

Four wheel drive works very well in HI and Low range.

Brand new battery.

Has an aftermarket Edelbrock carb.

Transmission shifts great.

There was a bit of body work done on the front passenger side fender sometime years ago...

Paint is original with clearcoat failing as most of these do!

This would be an easy restoration....or enjoy as is.
