This CJ-7 has zero issues. The electrical system has been completely gone through. It has the 1972 Blazer fan upgrade, the wiper motor upgrade. It has a retro stereo and subwoofer along with rear 6x9 speakers. Music sounds great. The KC lights are hooked up, it has an interior light system that can be turned off or on. The dash lights are all new. All gauges work and seem accurate, even the clock. It has a full Holley Sniper unit to include the distributor, coil and ignition coil. The vitals are all great and always within range. The interior has been redone professionally along with a new leather steering wheel. The body mounts were replaced and it rides great. The top has never been off. Zero rust underneath. The shocks and tires are new, BFG All Terrain and Billstein shocks. The head gasket was replaced last year. New valve cover and gasket.
The pataina was preserved with Poppy’s Patina Gloss.
The clutch is strong with zero vibration. It’s a 5 speed that goes into each gear perfectly. The brakes were all rebuilt and are all new, along with a new power booster. It wasn’t power brakes from the factory but I wanted that.
The head was machined when replaced, all new plugs etc.
