1946 CJ2A Military Jeep

1946 Jeep CJ

Have owned this vehicle for 26 years. Was restored when I purchased it and have kept it inside. Runs and drives perfectly. Have used it for parades and shows. 4 Wheel Drive works but have not used it off road.Tires, seat covers, gauges etc. are all military style. The original VIN plate shows 'United States Army'. When WWII ended all military vehicle production ended. But civilian vehicles (CJ) were produced as 'Military Issue'.This Jeep was originally a Navy jeep, some blue paint is showing on the hood. But all military vehicles show 'Army' on the VIN tag.As shown in picture there is a dent in driver front fender. Also, driver window has a crack. The star on hood is starting to peel.Electrical system converted to 12V.Everything works except windshield wiper.Has a Colorado title.
