BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2
1984 Jeep CJ
The body was removed from the frame and refinished in red over a gray cloth interior, and power comes from a 360ci AMC V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes American Racing 15″ wheels, a six-point roll bar, a black bikini soft top, aftermarket Poison Spyder front and rear bumpers with a front push bar, YJ doors, Holley Sniper fuel injection, HEI ignition, tubular headers, a dual-exit exhaust system, power-assisted front disc brakes, manually locking front hubs, power steering, a Hurst short-throw shifter, later-model seats, a locking center console, Speedhut instrumentation, and a JVC CD stereo. Work since 2019 is said to have included fluid flushes on the transmission, differentials, brakes, and power steering, as well as a replacement of the clutch and pressure plate. Additional work included finishing the underside and the interior tub in a body-color textured bedliner coating. Features include Renegade graphics, later-model YJ doors, black aftermarket Poison Spyder bumpers with a front push bar and a rear hitch receiver, a fold-down windshield, black fender flares, a dual-exit exhaust, a stainless-steel hardware kit, and a six-point roll bar with a black bikini top. American Racing 15″ wheels are mounted with 33×12.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires. Manually locking hubs are featured up front and braking is handled by power-assisted dual-circuit front disc brakes and rear drums. The cabin is finished in body-color textured bedliner material and features Bestop front seats and a rear bench that are trimmed in gray cloth upholstery. Interior equipment includes three-point front seatbelts and rear lap belts, a locking center console, a Hurst short-throw shifter, a Holley Sniper EFI display, and a JVC AM/FM/CD stereo playing through Polk Audio speakers. The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a rebuilt steering column with a heavy-duty steering mount and fronts a color-matched steel dash that houses Speedhut instrumentation that includes a combination 100-mph speedometer with an inset tachometer as well as coolant temperature and fuel level gauges. Additional auxiliary gauges are positioned alongside and measure oil pressure and voltage. The digital odometer shows approximately 500 miles, which is said to indicate the distance traveled since the refurbishment was completed in 2020. The replacement 360ci AMC V8 is said to have been rebuilt during the refurbishment process. Features include a Holley Sniper fuel injection system, Hedman Elite ceramic-coated tubular headers, HEI ignition, and finned-aluminum valve covers. The seller states that the fuel system has been refurbished with replacement stainless-steel lines, an electric pump, and a new tank. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case.
