Description:

1984 Jeep CJ

1984 Jeep CJ-7. I've owned this Jeep for 5 years. Here's a quick run down of what it has:
454c.i. 7.4L Mark IV Chevrolet big block V8 (not sure what it came out of)
TH350 3 speed automatic transmission
Dana 300 T-case
Power steering
Power brakes
1310 driveshafts F & R (w/new U-joints installed)
Dana 30 front axle, stock shafts, 3.31 gears, open diff
AMC 20 rear axle, stock shafts, 3.31 gears, open diff
Has OX locker diff covers F&R but does NOT have lockers. Just installed the covers because they have a drain plug (makes servicing them so much easier).
Engine didn't run when I got it. Put a torker camshaft in and had the original iron heads rebuilt with roller rockers.
Weiand aluminum intake
Edelbrock aluminum tall valve covers
Powermaster alternator
Powermaster starter
Griffin Aluminum radiator, custom shroud, dual electric fans currently set at 180F and 190F(controlled by MSD Atomic computer)
Optima Blue Top battery
Transmission and transfer case are supported by a TDK (Throttle Down Kustoms) HD crossmember
Exhaust:
Original exhaust manifolds
Custom true dual run inside the frame rails
Dual 18" Magnaflow mufflers
Dual catalytic converters
O2 sensor in driver's side (for TBI fuel injection)
Dumps behind the rear wheels
Fuel system:
MSD Atomic TBI fuel injection
Genright aluminum fuel cell
Late model YJ fuel pump and sending unit.
-6AN (3/8") feed lines
-6AN (5/16") return lines
Evil energy fuel filter
MSD fuel pressure regulator (set at 44 psi)
Original poly 20 gal tank is removed but I still have it. It can be included with the Jeep if you want it. I removed it to facilitate the fuel injection conversion and I also planned on stretching the wheel base eventually. All original tank and lines have been removed. Genright aluminum 20 gal tank is installed in the bed of the Jeep with new feed and return lines (see pictures).
Ignition:
MSD 6AL digital controller
MSD pro billet distributor
MSD coil
MSD 8mm wires

I just found some OEM 5 bolt hubs that are needed for them to fit. The center caps won't fit over the currently installed hubs. The new hubs are included with the Jeep as well)
(5) 30x9.5R15 BFG AT KO2 tires
Steering (converted from manual to power):
New ididit steering column
Steering wheel is a leather one out of a newer Jeep (Liberty maybe?) I removed the airbag behind the cover.

PSC steering pump and reservoir

Hellwig HD sway bar and new links from a TJ with polyurethane bushings.
I bought this Jeep 5 years ago and finished building it in 2020, except the power steering which I just installed a few months ago. Jeep has put 2600 miles on it since I bought it. Always garaged. Everything works (lights, turn signals, wipers, gauges) except there is no horn installed. There is no heat or A/C installed. Fun toy but kind of useless now that I have a baby girl. Clear Oklahoma title in my name. Comes with a bunch of extra parts (CJ mirrors, new throttle cable, spare fuel and ignition parts, etc) Easily have over $40k into it, selling for $19995 OBO.
Edit: Due to the number of requests for a video of it, I uploaded a video to YouTube: https://youtu.be/jiPBsUHroFM
