1951 Jeep Frankenstein.. This creation had to have been built by a mad scientist. the builder took a dead Jeepster and started to create a monster !! Its brain was replaced with an abenormal 350 small block feeding the Chevy rear end through a 350 automatic transmission. This combination gives this creature plenty of power to terrorize the locals. To keep it safe it was fitted with a Chrysler transverse torsion bar front suspension with power steering and power disc brakes. The drive train seems to be in very good condition. Franky's body shows seventy years of wear, but the scientist ROUGHLY worked at fixing its skin rashes and dents and covered it with a thick coat of black enamel salve to heal its wounds.Seriously, This Jeep has most of the hard work done, it runs and drives well, the lights work, stops well. It needs smoothing of the prior bodywork and a decent paint job and top fabric. I have side curtains as pictured and most of the exterior mouldings. All in all this is a vehicle that looks a little ratty, but with a little tinkering can give you a lot of fun.Sold as/is with no warrantee.
