1992 Jeep Cherokee

Up for Auction is my 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0L (XJ) - CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING -This is a Project/Parts JEEP - SOLD AS-ISThe story :
This Jeep was last on the road 4 years ago, when it was my daily driver, it did burn some oil,but was still a great running car and never left me stranded. It has been sitting since early 2016 and was last started about 2 years ago.I tried to jump it yesterday and it cranks, but doesn't turn over. The battery is dead. This vehicle will need to be towed out of the parking lot.I purchased the car in 2006 and it was my daily driver until 2016.Here is what i know for sure: Just before it was taken off the road there was a new exhaust pipe and mufflerinstalled. There was also a new wiper motor installed. Tires are inflated but not much tread left.Brakes are decent when it was taken off the road.Passenger side - side view mirror is loose. I replaced the passenger side vent window after i locked mykeys in the car while it was running and had to break in .Seat belt on drivers side does not work, a replacement was the wrong size. The seat belt does reach to thepassenger side seat belt latch. There is no door lock on the passenger side front door - it was popped out when some one tried to break in to the car when i first got it.Just before i took the jeep off the road, I was experiencing some overheating/antifreeze issues. It never totally overheated but got hotter than usual. Example: I would get to work and it was reading a little hot. Then when i would leave after my shift, there would be antifreeze under the car that leaked out.I would fill it back up,then after i got home, after a few hours, there would be leaking again. After this happened a few times, the car was taken off the road. There is rust under the back doors on both drivers and passengers side doors. Drives side is much worse- see pics. There is a hitch installed, not sure if it is factory or not.Power locks and power windows are still working, though in the cold the locks get sticky.
I never filled the gas tank past half way as there is some leakage when it was filled all the way up.The interior is in very good shape, no tears on the cloth seats. The ceiling fabric is drooping in area's.
That's about it for now, please feel free to ask any questions, and i will respond within 12 hrs at the most.
The jeep is located in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia and can be viewed in person if requested.
