1977 Jeep J10 Pickup Restored

1977 Jeep Gladiator

I have this beautiful 77 J10 freshly restored with zero miles on rebuilt original 360 V8. Truck was in decent shape when we got it with the motor out and apart. It was zbararted when new so only had minor rust. I tried to keep it as original as possible. Here is a partial list of what we did on this project.
Body

• Cut out rusted metal and welded in new metal
• Fill and blocked for straightness
• Epoxy primed whole truck the re blocked
• Repainted in the original paint scheme
• New spray in bed liner
• Rear bumper was spray lined in Alpine white accent color
• Vinyl Jeep letters on tailgate
• Frame cleaned and painted
• Under body cleaned and undercoated lightly

Chassis:

• New front springs
• New steering damper
• New Front Calipers
• New Front brake hoses
• Front hubs disassembled and greased
• New shocks all around
• New rear Brakes and Drums
• New rear brake hose
• New brake lines as needed
• Brand new Pro Comp Wheels
• Brand new Firestone 33/1250/15 Tires (zero miles)

Mechanical: Motor has just been completely rebuilt

• Heads redone with hardened seats for unleaded fuel
• Block bored 30 over
• New pistons
• New RV cam and lifters
• Crank Polished
• Fuel Pump rebuilt
• New fuel pump housing
• New carburetor
• New HEI distributor
• New 8mm wires
• New fuel sending unit
• New fuel lines and filter up front
• New Water Pump
• New clutch fan
• New thermostat
• New Belts and hoses
• Engine bay detailed

All the lights work. The factory oil pressure, temp, and alternator gauges work. Truck runs smooth and cool. Only an hour or so on the engine. It has break in oil in it. I have a few things I'm working on that should be done in a few days. Mainly waiting on a fan shroud and putting the door panels on and cleaning up the interior. The interior is red vinyl and an 8 out of 10, mostly original except for Kenwood stereo and round speakers in the door panels. Odometer shows 58K but has probably been over.
