Rust Free Washington State Jeep Grand Wagoneer

1987 Jeep Wagoneer

I bought this Grand Wagoneer a few years ago and planned on doing a restoration but never got to it. It's been sitting in my garage. I am in the process of moving out of state and am selling some things I have no time for.
This Wagoneer runs and drives.Body and interior need attention.Solid frame, floors, etc... only basic surface rust underneath... no rot or serious rust. Here is a full list of needs from my mechanic's inspection:

• Engine starts and runs smooth. No knocking or ticking noises
• Floor boards and Frame are in good condition
• Brake and Fuel lines are in ok condition
• No signs of brake fluid leaks
• Fuel pump & gauge both work
• Alternator is charging
• Battery does not hold charge
• Most exterior lights work
• Horn works
• Oil pressure gauge is responsive, but is reading incorrectly
• Engine temp gauge is responsive, but reading incorrectly
• Tires are all worn
• Front power windows work, rears do not. I hear the motors.
• Oil leak from both valve covers
• Blower motor for heat/ac is not working
• Exhaust system has leaks,exhaust pipe coupling has snapped. Also the EGR tube is shot. Manifolds seem ok.
• Radio does not work
