Garage Kept Motors is pleased to present this awesome, off-road classic Jeep for consideration. The CJ-7 Jeep has become an American icon and increasingly collectible. This 1979 example is no exception, especially with some modern modifications that make even more enjoyable to behold and drive.
This Jeep was completely overhauled in 2017 by Venom Motorsports, a known West Michigan Jeep builder. The modifications are listed in the photos but mainly included a new exhaust, trailer hitch, Rockhard roll bar, Line-X interior, front tow bar, tune up, and some fabrication work to make this Jeep look awesome just standing still. The 304ci V8 motor was completely rebuilt as well and has just 6,300 recorded since install. Mated to a 4-speed manual with manual 4WD, power steering, and power brakes, this Jeep is a blast to drive. The fit and finish on the Yellow body, bright work, suspension, and interior surfaces all remain in excellent condition.
