1977 JEEP CJ5 AMC 304 V8 with Manual transmission.
This jeep has a very interesting backstory!
Seized by border patrol crossing the desert, It was sitting in impound storage awaiting certain destruction!
I saved it and it has now undergone a sympathetic restorationreturning it to the off-road monster it once was, and better
With the reliability of a modern vehicle!
$13K+ restoration just completed.
The motor is a 1977 AMC 304 V8, it was taken apart cleaned and rebuilt
with new seals and gaskets, finally it was painted.
Lots of parts were replaced or updated including:

• HEI ignition and appropriate wires
• New plugs
• New electric fuel pump
• GM Alternator
• Edelbrock intake manifold
• New Edelbrock 650 CFM off-road carburetor
• New brake pads
• New headlights
• New parking brake assembly

Restoration was just completed the pictures the first 2 pics were taken Dec.24th
Driver's seat still needs to go in, accessories are on the way
