1950 Jeep Other Convertible
Vintage Jeepster converted to Chev powertrain back in the 1970's. Great little Ratrod. Car was an estate sale, barn find a few years ago out of the Midwest. Has a 61 or 62 Chev 283 V8 with a 4bbl Holley carb and a SM365 three speed manual with a Hurst floor shifter. Interior, carpet and tires are newer, the rest is vintage patina. Wheels are steel slotted. Rear axle is a third member type with a 3:30 Ratio. It is not the 55-64 chev type. Looks like a Toyota/clone type. Possibly from an early FJ40 or Land Rover? Cars runs good for it's age and is driven locally. Car is also for sale locally. Weights only about #2500 so it doesn't need much power to really GO!Vehicle Details:
