1972 CJ 5 Street Legal Rock Crawler

1972 Jeep CJ

We have a very nice 1972 CJ5 rock crawler on one tons. Rear axle is a 14 bolt with a 10.5 locker and 5.13 gears. Front axle is a Dana 44 with locker and 5.13 gears. The jeep has been converted to a fuel injected Chevy 4.3 liter out of a 91 S10. It has a TH 400 with GM-6HD torque converter and a Dana 300. I did add the twin stick to the Dana 300 which works awesome. The motor has been built and currently running Comp cam. See the spec sheet I included. This Jeep runs perfectly down the road on 39.5 by 15 swampers with 40% tread left.
I converted the front seats to 1999 Honda for more comfort. There is no rear seat as the fuel cell sits in the tub. Everything currently works on the Jeep except for the blinkers, fuel gauge and as far as paint, some of the clear coat is peeling on the hood. The body has some dents but no rust on this tub.
The Jeep will come with a set of vinyl tops to make the doors complete. I know I am forgetting a lot, but I did not build this Jeep. It was professionally built and I took it on trade. I have a file folder with a bunch of receipts on the build so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
