1991, one of ~1560 built in final year. Iconic white/tan combination. Last Wagoneer rolled off the line on 6/21/1991, this Jeep was built on 6/14/1991. I dare say a survivor that has been enjoyed, and well cared for! Higher miles are a testament to this vehicle's reliability.
I am the 3rd owner, clean, clear, title, in hand. Georgia, and North Carolina life. I am reluctantly selling, and more than likely will regret it, but I have too many FSJs to enjoy, and maintain! I have to sacrifice somewhere; and I guess I have to share the fun? :D It is for sale on other sites, as well. Feel free to search via the VIN. Pics may vary. I drive daily, so I can get pictures quite easily; just ask. This is by far nicer than any other Wagoneer in this price range. Reserve is WELL below the buy it now.
Mostly original paint and shows well, some minor imperfections. Hood seems to have been repainted, slight orange peel. Small dent on passenger side of hood, hardly noticeable. Woodgrain is in stellar condition. I was told by the gentleman who sold this to me, but can't confirm, that the motor was rebuilt around 160k, but no documentation to support; doesn't burn or use oil. Leaks a bit, but nothing significant, or uncommon.
As normal, some surface rust underneath. I recently took it to a restoration shop to discuss the under carriage, and they said that it is minimal and easily and affordably remedied. Can provide the contact for the resto shop, if interested. Small rot on rocker, estimated at $375 to repair, that is painted. See picture.
Drives like, maybe better than, a 100k miles Wagoneer (I have 2 Wagoneers with less than 100k and this drives better than them, and one is a Wagonmaster restoration). Has lots of power, and pedal! Gets about 12 MPG city. I have a mpg log available. Emissions system was removed by PO (explains the MPG increase), but does pass required safety inspection(s). As with all Wagoneers, a few slight drips here and there.

Just one pump to set choke, and your off. Even after sitting for weeks. Obviously the atmosphere may affect this slightly. It is a carburetor.new exhaust,new alternator,new belts,new AC Delco batterytransmission serviced - drained and new filter. new gaskettransfer case serviced.oil changed recently, I think about 1000 miles ago.

Question from a potential buyer: Do the fog lamps work. Answer is no, but I did initial troubleshooting, a few months ago, by placing a meter on the circuit, and when the switch is in the on position there is power at the lamps. Therefore, I deduce it is the lamps. Also, the light on the switch does illuminate when in the on position, as it should.
