1993 Jeep Cherokee Sport

Selling my daily driver Jeep due to picking up a new project. I have had this Cherokee for about 3 years and in that time I have driven it to all corners of the country and done some off roading in pretty cool places. The Jeep is in good condition with the amount of miles it has and its age but it's not perfect. It has dents, scratches, and rust starting in a few spots but the frame and floors are solid and not soft (the worst rust is pictured). I have been driving this Jeep over 1000 miles a week for over a year now and it has never let me down. I travel for work and having the lift kit and tires in the winter has been a lifesaver in the Midwest. I have never missed an appointment with this! If you're looking for a nice winter car or just a toy to go off road with you can't go wrong with this one. Here is a list of the good and bad with the Cherokee:
Good-Has 31X10.5 tires with a 3" lift kit. It has a decent lift not cheap spring spacers. Has the front long arms and rear reworked leaf springs. Super solid and doesn't wander or feel unstable.
Jeep has power windows, mirrors, and door locks (super rare in sport models)
4WD works! Also has the selec-trac transfer case with part time 4WD (great for dry trail riding)
Has an in dash DVD player with touch screen.
Jeep runs cool and does not overheat. This year of Jeep has chronic overheating problems but I replaced the entire cooling system to prevent this problem.
Has a trailer hitch and can tow a small trailer (or pull your friend out of a mud pit)
The bad-
Body has dents, scratches, and some rust. The worst is pictured.
Motor has piston slap. It has had this the whole time I have owned it and never has gotten worse (common problem in this year Jeep). I have personally put over 60,000 miles on it this way and I currently drive it 1000 miles a week round trip from Ohio to Chicago and have never had an issue. I would have no problem driving this to Alaska from Ohio right now. I have a core 4.0 motor disassembled you can have for free too. I was going to build a 4.6 stroker with it but never got around to it.
Rear door locks are frozen because I never use them. They could be unstuck with some WD40 but since I never used them I didn't bother.
Drivers power window is slow but works.
Front seats have some stains and tears. See pics of that.
AC does not work and never has. You might be able to charge it but I never tried.
Tires prob have about 40% life left. They also make noise and ride rough. They are off road tires so if you have ever owned a vehicle with these tires you know what I mean. Don't expect the thing to drive like a BMW!
Title is clear and in my name. $250 deposit through PayPal due within 24 hours of auction end and balance due upon pickup. I will only accept cash or certified (bank) check. I will release the Jeep upon cleared funds if it is a check (so cash is best).
This is still my daily driver so mileage might increase some but I will take my other car out of town so it doesn't go up a lot before auction end. I have tried to be as honest as possible in describing the Jeep but obviously it is sold as-is with no warranty. I also have some spare parts for it the winning bidder can have with the Jeep if they choose. You would have a hard time finding another one like this for the price that you can drive home.
