1978 Jeep CJ GOLDEN EAGLE

Up for auction is this Arizona 1978 golden eagle cj7. Similar to Daisy Dukes from the dukes of hazard. This car spent its life in arizona. A retired couple spent their winters in arizona. It has 65,760 origianl/actual miles. All matching numbers jeep. It is the Levi edition. The frame is solid as is the body. I have not noticed any leaks. It is fully loaded with original 304 V8 engine, auto trans, power steering and brakes, sunroof, AC, disc brakes in front, two gas tanks, 4 wheel drive, genuine jeep wintch in front, trailer hitch, tilt wheel, all original glass. No rust except surface rust as pics show. It has a new gas tank and fenders. No jack, extra set of wheels with two tires, spare rally wheel. All gauges appear to work. Front window has rust and you may want to replace it. Unfortunately the car sat outside for about 3-5 years causing the windshild frame to rust. Rear tail gate has one small rust hole on inside about 2". Front seats have wear and some tears. Rally wheels, two front center caps will not fit over the disc brakes. The two speakers have been taken out as you can see with pics.You may want to replace the speakers. There knobs missing on lights, fan, and ac. AC compressor works but will need service as will the wintch. wintch seems to only go out and will not return. I have the original antena but the screw is missing and therefore not mounted. Rear tires are new, the front tires will need to be replaced. This is a really rare original golden eagle surviver and is ready to drive just the way it is. ( just replace the front tires first) Sold as is. Thanks for viewing.
