Updated (7/9)
Based on a few questions I received - I wanted to make a quick update. This is my daily driver, it starts and runs with no issues and does not leak any fluid at all whatsoever. The carb needs to be set and the timing chain needs to be replaced at some point - it has a little slop in it.
It recently got a little hotter than I'd like on a longer drive (over 60mph) so I flushed the radiator and it seems to have fixed the issue.
