Description:

1992 Jeep Wrangler

1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ
159k Miles (pretty low for a Jeep)
6 cylinder - 4.0L High Output Engine (runs good, I have had several of these engines in Cherokees with over 300k miles)
5 Speed Manual Transmission(shifts good)
4x4 (worksgood)
31x10.50 R15 Tires in real good shape
Has bedliner inside (easy to wash out after having fun)
The soft top is in good condition and comes with a brand new bikini top
Has ARB air locker onthe rear - an expensive but well worth option - will go just about anywhere.
Heavy duty rear bumper - with swing out tire carrier and heavy duty offroad jack. Big D-Rings.
It is lifted (it was done before I got it, I would venture to say 6" or so of lift - sits quite a bit higher than other wranglers)
Perfect for Backroads / Offroad Fun or Farm Rigor anyone wanting a fun little Jeep - 4x4 works great and with the lockers it will go just about anywhere, it does have a noise when in 4x4 (mostly noticeable on dry pavement - I don't use the 4x4 on dry pavement, but someone was test driving it the other day and we heard it, so I thought it was worth mentioning -thinking might be a engine mount for the 4x4 part)
It does have anoise at high speeds (over 65-70 mph, may just need tires rebalanced or may just be the softtop rattling in the wind, doesn't bother m, I mostly drive to town and back)
What can I say it is a Jeep, it is Fun! Runs and drives good, pretty straight body (does have some dings and 1 pushed in spot on the rear passenger side (should pull out ok)but still looks good).
It actually has very little rust (I looked at a bunch before I bought this one - this is the best one I found)
It does have themaintenance required light on (I googled and they way it comes on every 80k miles and has to be reset at a dealership - just a way to get you in to the dealership) 2 of the gauges don't work (temp and fuel) never looked into that, may just need a sensor? All the other lights and gauges seem to work good. it also has fog lights that are very bright.
I have tried to list everything (good and bad) that I know about the Jeep, so you know exactly what you are getting,if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Overall it is a fun, solid, drivable the way it sits, I would not hesitate to take it anywhererig. My wife thinks it sits too high and it is hard for her to get in and it rides like a Jeep - So it has to go.
I am listing it with a low starting bid and NO Reserve - So bid to win, the high bidderdrives this Jeep home.
Summer is just beginning so get this one before it is gone!
