1987 Jeep Wagoneer Grand Wagoneer

1987 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

"Marvin the Jeep (Dr. Leo)"

It is time to sell my trusty, slightly rusty, '87 Grand Wagoneer. I have owned this for about 8 years, and I have used it occasionally construction, 4x4, hauling etc. It is in good working/running condition for what it is, but it's by no means restored (like not at all). I will detail everything I know about the Jeep below and I welcome questions, picture requests, and inspections. The paint is in pretty rough shape, but it still is there enough to protect the jeep. It spent it's early life in Nevada, hence the sun-baked look on the hood etc. In terms of rust, it is limited to some body panels and some slight surface rust on the underside. There is nothing close to rusted through that I can see. It usually takes 4 or 5 tries to get it to start, but it always starts. The carpet is pretty stained and dirty as is most of the interior, but it is all there. The seats are actually in remarkable shape and not torn compared to many out there. Body is fairly straight, only dent is on driver side fender, where it was attacked by a Tire (long story).

Features:

·Np-228 Manual Transfer Case

·6" Lift Kit and Matching Tires

·Aftermarket Fog lights (no switch)

·Some blue paint still on car. Also, has some wood still. Clear coat, not so much.

Things that work

·Rear Tailgate

·Cruise Control (most of the time)

·Power Seats

·Engine (https://youtu.be/SJPZnwp9z68)

·Transmission

·Transfer Case

·Passenger Windows

Things that don't work:

·Interior lights (smoke was let out of wire)

·Fog Lights (just missing switch)

·A/C Compressor etc. Works, but there's a leak somewhere

·Both Driver side window regulators (motors work). Spatula included to hold up driver side window!!!

·Hood Release Cable. Giant screwdriver also included to open hood!!!

·Radio (there isn't one)

·Power mirrors (PO bolted some aftermarkets on the doors)

·Power locks (need new springs) electronics work.

Forgot to note, I think there's a locker in the differential as well, but I've never taken it apart to verify.

Also, I had the transmission rebuilt about 7 years ago (not all that relevant I know). However, it does have a shift kit and a deep sump pan, which is nice.
