1985 Jeep CJ7 4spd 4wd 2.5L, California Jeep no rust!! street legal & registration is good till next year, clean title & pink slip is in my name.
The good stuff: (I have receipts for proof) Brand new fully rebuilt motor done by local machine shop I have paperwork on everything that was done & is still under warranty. Brand new clutch & flywheel. Brand new complete rear axle conversion kit (Ten Factory By Motive Gear). Front roll bar add on kit. Brand new ignition. Brand new starter. Brand new heater core. Brand new Flowmaster super 44 muffler. Brand new Magnaflow catalytic converter. Diamond plate rear body armor corner guard. Diamond plate side rocker panels. Brand new driver side floor pan. Brand new 9000lb winch & winch plate & cover. Brand new front ceramic disc brake pads. Brand new drilled & slotted gold zinc coated brake rotors. Brand new complete rear drum brake kit. Brand new carburetor & fuel filters. Brand new fuel sending unit. Brand new gas tank with skid plate. Brand new champion aluminum radiator. Brand new coolant overflow. Brand new water pump & temp sensor. Brand new front pair of off road seats & harness. Brand new bikini top. Brand new front windshield cowl seal. Brand new side mirrors. Brand new air intake hose. Brand new chrome side steps. Brand new LED tail lights. Brand new fog lights. Brand new mini off road lights. Brand new front turn signals. Brand new side marker lights. Brand new air horn. Royal purple synchromax in transfer case. 33 inch tires with 4 inch lift. Custom lock boxes in front & rear but need new locks I lost the keys. Front & rear differential covers have been sand blasted & painted red with all new bolts.
The entire interior was completely stripped down to bare metal and painted with two coats of POR15 for rust protection (see before & after photos), the entire chassis was painted with CHASSIS SAVER for rust protection, & the entire interior and exterior were painted with two coats of black bed liner(see before and after photos) for a really bad ass look plus I like the bed liner because I didn't want to have a jeep that needed to be waxed & polished because jeeps are made to get dirty!! You are not buying a jeep in perfectconditionbut you are buying a damn good jeep where you can turn the key and go.
I do have the complete soft top for the jeep that comes with the doors and everything but it needs a really good cleaning.
The bad stuff: Tires are getting old but they don't leak any air and still have lots of tread. The speedometer stopped working but all the other gauges work. No stereo or speakers. Very small leak coming from the transfer case drain plug. hole cut out from where cb antenna used to be just havent rerplaced the cb antenna. No rearseat beltsbut it's only $40 for the pair oneBay if you wanna ride with people in the back. All the wiring works but it's not pretty so it could use a new wiring harness if you want it to look perfect. No power steering & no AC. suspension is old and dirty but works great. rims are also old but no issues.
