1994 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0L 5-speed

1994 Jeep Cherokee

For sale is the Jeep Cherokee that I've owned since 2007. It's been terribly faithful, ut alas, t is an East Coast car and has a rust problem that will not put up with continued heavy off-road driving without some love.
The Good:
4.0L I6 "high output" engine w 5-spd manual transmission with 4WD (unicorn! These things are impossible to find).
201k miles.
Oil changed religiously
New motor and transmission mounts.
Suspension replaced and 3.5" Rubicon Express kit installed Oct 2013
Driveshaft replaced and SYE installed roughly Feb 2015
Water pump May 2015, adiator Oct 2015.
Many many other replaced parts in the cooling system, tc.
Ball joints and front u-joints have a little play, ut nothing bad.
Tires are at 30k miles and will last another couple years. Great all-terrain snow-rated tires.
The interior is beautifully clean, ith re-upholstered seats and a working head unit with USB.
The Bad:
Everything leaks a little bit. The only part of this that is bothersome is the output shaft leak and I have the part number to fix the seal.
The timing chain may be beginning to make a little noise.
The floor is rusty. This means it is prone to twisting around in hard off-road use, ut you could putter around Boulder for another 5 years without a problem.
The Jeep:
The intermittent wipers work intermittently.
The door buzzer works intermittently.
I need to run this thing through emissions before you drive away with it, ut it will pass with flying colors. Cat and muffler are not original. I also have a rear bumper (missing brackets), ome after market tow hooks, nd front and t-case skid plates sitting in my garage that are on another listing. The roof rack is NOT included, ut I can throw in the Yakima Landing Pads that work with the Control Towers and/or a set of older Q Towers.
This is a great Jeep to drive. The engine is still punchy, t shifts well and the brakes are in good shape. It's a great, arm, afe place to sit in the winter!
