Hello, helping some very good friends sell this beautiful 1974 Jaguar XJ12L (clean title).I believe in no surprises and will cover an accurate description of the entire car……good, bad and indifferent.The VIN is:UE2R53118.The odometer reads 45,502 and I believe it to be original mileage.The title is clean, original mileage and in the name of 2nd owner and title is released and ready to be reassigned to the new owner. The current owner bought in 2018 and never re-assigned the title to themselves. This Jaguar is stored in the garage behind it..not in the grass…that was just for pictures.The first thing to say is…it’s 100% there and complete....every part. Starts on a quick turn of the key (can send a short video).Motor runs smooth at idle but hasn’t been on a road test for a while. Be prepared for standard tune up maintenance?Transmission shifted smooth when it was put away in 2018.This is a re-paint probably about 15 years old.The paint is average and actually would probably buff out nicely but dull and dirty in many places.There is no visible rust and the underneath is solid but scaly and no holes.The body panels are all original and straight and not filled with bondo.The body is straight.Interior leather is dry and ready to be restored or at least cleaned and treated but again..its all there.Dash wood looks to have been redone and don’t know when.Seats are all great with dry, aged leather but probably all very save-able with minimal effort.You will need to bring a trailer to bring it to its new home and or would be happy to accommodate a 3rdparty shipper.It is being sold “As Is” and we would be happy to get any more info for you or any detailed pics (I may have already as FB only allows 20).She is a beaut with tons of potential and a great great start to having a drive-able / showable XJ12….with work, of course.Priced to sell and please don’t show up to negotiate…let’s do that ahead of time.For the time being…..the price is firm.Tony, 724.612.7034.
