Hi there, you are looking at my 1993 Jaguar XJS, with the inline V6 (the reliable XJS engine!). Overall great shape with a few issues (see below). Buy with confidence with my 24 years of eBay experience and 100% positive feedback rating!
This beautiful Jaguar XJS convertible is a classic car with low mileage, has had only one previous owner, and is in great condition for it's age. It features a powerful 4.0L Gas I6 engine, automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive. The exterior is a stunning burgundy color, while the interior boasts tan leather and includes features such as power windows, power locks, power seats, and cruise control, and alloy wire wheels. If you are looking at this you probably know that interest in these has recently increased significantly, and they are likely to become collector classics due to their iconic status.
This Jaguar is in great mechanical condition, the engine purrs and it runs/drives beautifully. Overall a beautiful looking car, however there are some minor cosmetic issues: clear coat peeling on front fenders (see pics), crack in rear tail light cover, missing passenger floor mat. Also locks are not working properly, and AC needs charge. Seats were just reupholstered with new leather. The tires are a bit flat spotted as the vehicle sat for awhile before it's most recent mechanical restoration. Still drives well, but it's noticeable and although it may resolve with additional use, I wanted potential buyers to be aware. Recently replaced the convertible roof skeleton (which works perfectly), but the current top is not the correct color canvas for this car. In addition, the top has a few small tears, and the inner headliner layer is in pretty rough shape. That said, I am including a brand new beige top (including new inner layer). Pretty easy job to swap that out, just haven't had time.
