1971 Jaguar XJ6

After opening bid there is no reserve on this fine Roadster .Jaguar custom roadster named the JAGROD .It was hand built by me the owner about 9 years ago . i started with a 1971 XJ6 Jaguar . It is titled and registered as a 1971 Jaguar RD [ roadster ] in Colorado for the last 8 years . It is also insured by Hagerty Insurance for $ 25.000.00 .I hand fabricated a custom chassis using 2 x 3 tubing and adding all the XJ6 front and rear suspension and steering . Coil over shocks at both ends with rack and pinion . Originally it was built with the XJ6 4.2 engine but unfortunately the engine went south on me so it was replaced with a 350 CI Chevy and a TH 350 transmission . The side dump headers were fabed by me and are uncap-able for some loud fun with full exhaust under the car to the rear . This ride weighs in at 2000 LBs and is a blast to drive . It will go straight down the road even at 80 MPH . It cools great no heating problems . For even more fun find the curvy roads .
