Unforeseen circumstances has led me to sell my XJS as soon as possible. I would continue keeping this car as these classic British vehicles have only gone up in price. I purchased this vehicle from a retired gentlemen that has had it garage kept. He has only driven the Jaguar from 36K to 50K in the past 14 years. NO ACCIDENTS! Previously owned by American Musician Michael W. Smith!
Car drives like NEW, over $2K in recent service including front and rear pads, rotors, calipers, etc.
The car has an amazing exterior shine and the paint is in great condition! For a 26 year old car, it holds up amazingly well and definitely gets attention on the road.
Fully restored can easily go for $14K+ (Check online), but I cannot hold onto this car any longer as I have some other issues that came up. My loss.
Comes with all books/manuals, One main ignition key and the remote key.
Things to consider:
- Gas tank fuel indicator reads incorrectly (Reads half full when the tank is full, does not effect anything and have been driving it fine with no issue)
- AC needs recharging, does not blow cold air. Only blows on High setting.
- Convertible top will eventually need replacement (See pictures, rips and tear near the rear of the car. Researched this and they cost $350 online)- Hood is a bit misaligned and may need two people to close (Havent had time to fix, might be simple)
