1965 Jaguar Mark X --

Hello to all eBayers!I have been with eBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, I’m liquidating my collection since I’m selling my warehouse. Are you an old vehicles connoisseur looking for classic/vintage vehicles without having to pay luxury prices? You are in the right place!... I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so I sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. I bought this vehicle with the intention of bringing it to California to add to my collection. This 1965 JAGUAR is located in a Copart facility in WEST WARREN, MASSACHUSETTS 01092. I tried to sell it on Copart, but this vehicle is a classic, clean title vehicle. You can buy this vehicle on Ebay or through Copart by becoming a member. This vehicle has a clear CALIFORNIA Title. 1965 JAGUAR MARK X 4.2The Jaguar Mark X (Mark ten), later renamed the Jaguar 420G, was British manufacturer Jaguar's top-of-the-range saloon car for a decade, from 1961 to 1970. The large, luxurious Mark X succeeded the Mark IX as the company's top saloon model, and was primarily aimed at the United States market. The company hoped to appeal to heads of state, diplomats and film stars. the Mark X impressed with its technical specification and innovations. Contrary to its predecessors, the car featured integrated, unitary bodywork – the largest in the UK at the time, as well as independent rear suspension, unheard for early 1960s British luxury cars. Combined with the 3.8-litre, triple carburettor engine as fitted to the E-type, it gave Jaguar's flagship a top speed of 120 mph (193 km/h) and capable handling at less than half the price of the contemporary Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud.I CAN SEND A VIDEO BY REQUEST!MechanicalThe Mark X was Jaguar's flagship, a large, ultra-luxurious but fast machine, equipped with a 265 bhp dual overhead camshaft E-type Jaguar 4.2 liter engine and the independent rear end, adapted from the E-type as well. The Mark X was faster than most luxury cars of its day. We have rebuilt the triple carburetors. The engine runs well, the transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes work well, even the handbrake! Triple carburetors have been rebuilt. The previous owner did a compression test on the car. The lowest cylinder was 165 psi and the highest was about 175, so this engine is healthy. This is a one owner car and it has always been well maintained. The car is 100 percent complete, including the jack, factory toolbox with some tools and unused Michelin spare tire. Has a factory air conditioning. Exterior This car spent all its life in southern California. The body is excellent apart from one or two small imperfection areas, but this car is very, very solid and sound, underneath and above. The car has been repainted once, and it still presentable. The original chrome is excellent, as the pictures show. It comes with the original tool kit and jack and a factory workshop manual.InteriorSometime in the recent past the interior was reupholstered professionally in high quality black leather, as original. The leather is supple and free of tears, fading, or other damage. The carpets were also replaced, probably at the same time, and they are in good condition. Headliner is excellent. The woodwork is original. Also has electric windows and AC.THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO OWN THIS GREAT CLASSIC!Please note, I want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
