1988 Jaguar XJS

Selling my 1988 Jaguar XJS convertible. the car has just over 35000 ORIGINAL miles. this is thedesirableHessand Eisenhardt version of the XJS convertible. it is an excellent candidate for restoration, or a very presentable driver. car is rust free with the exception of small spot about the size of a dime on rear quarter near the bottom. otherwise a very solid car that has never seen winter. it is original paint with some fading on the tops of the rear quarters.Body is very straight with the exception of one dent on drivers door just below character line. it is about four inshes long and 1/8 inch in depth. it looks like a shopping basket hit it. car has very nice chrome. wheels are original, never reconditioned, and in excellent cond. Trunk floor is Excellent, has full size spare, and original jack and bag. lower seat bottoms need recovered.but the rest of the interior is very presentable. with an excellent dash pad and an excellent factory installed Nardi wood steering wheel. top is original and is in pretty good cond. has two very small holes about the size of an eraser head. does not leak though. I just replaced the passenger side window motor, works well. the other three however, are worn and will need replaced. they work but need help going up and down. car has its original motor and trans. it runs and drives well. it has had the cam cover gaskets as well as the intake gaskets replaced also new cap, rotor and wires. car is located 20 min. west ofDetroit. local pickup, or I will assist your shipper with loading at my location.
