1989 Isuzu Trooper

Up for sale is a rare Isuzu Trooper RS. I purchased this Trooper last July sight unseen with hopes of fixing it and using it as a fun weekend off road vehicle. I've since decided that I don't have the time to give it the attention it needs, so I'm putting it back up for sale.
Current condition is as follows:
-The exterior is in decent shape with no major dents or damage. The truck was repainted at some point in the past and is peeling in many places, reveling the original paint underneath. There are also various chips all over. It looks decent front 15 feet away, but not up close.
-The truck has aftermarket fender flares and wheel spacers all around.
-The underside and frame are in decent shape with no rust whatsoever. This car remained in the southern United States for its whole life prior to my purchase, and it really shows.
-The interior is in overall great shape besides one crack in the dash. The seats are all still soft with no rips or major wear. The rear seat still folds properly and the removable side bolsters/armrest pieces are still present.
-The heat works. The A/C will work with a recharge, but it must have a leak somewhere.
-The clutch grabs well and the truck shifts great. The 4wd works properly and the automatic locking hubs still function as they should.
-The truck was swapped at some point with a 2.0 turbo 4zc1-t from an Isuzu Impulse. It runs fairly well, but it does idle a bit high. The intercooler and piping would look better if they were redone. This was part of the original plan that I never got around to.
-It starts up on the first try, runs fine, and builds boost like it should. There is an adjustable boost controller in the interior. I drove this truck from Georgia to Maryland when I purchased it.
-There is a power steering leak at the steering box. It needs to be topped off every few days.
-The suspension is in generally good shape. The steering is tight, and it handles bumps smoothly. The brakes work as they should, and there is decent life left on the pads.
-The tires are in overall poor shape - they're all matching, but some have more tread than others. They should be replaced, but they are still safe to drive on.
The truck will be sold with a clean Georgia title and two sets of keys (spare tire and gas cap keys included of course).
