This is an exceptional 1989 International S1954 2.5 ton dump truck powered by an unstoppable DT466 turbo diesel engine paired with a 5 speed manual transmission. Two 50 gallon fuel tanks are mounted on the frame. Speedometer does not work, no idea how many miles it really has. Doesn't really matter, it's a power house of an engine.
This truck was painted within the last few days and driven daily around town. Perfect rig for any landscaper or road maintenance company.
I have changed the oil and filters, along with the air filter before my trip from Indianapolis. This truck is ready to WORK! There is no visible leaks and the hydraulic system works as it should with a PTO driven pump.
It does not burn oil or have any engine issues. I drove it through the mountains of East Tennessee and North Carolina without an issue. My young son was with me and couldn't believe we were driving it home.
