1951 International Harvester Metro

This auction is for a 1951 International Metro Coach. This is the shortest model with a 115 inch Wheelbase. This Coach has single rear wheel not duals.It is a project that hasn't ran in years, but has the original engine, transmission radiator etc. overall it is solid but has a couple places that will need rust repair, the floor just inside the rear door and the driver side down low along the edge will need some work.. The roof is in good condition showling mostly the original red primer.All the door frames are solid. This Coach was originally used by a nearby Catholic Convent School, then at some point it was made into a camper and painted blue and green. It hasn't been licensed since the 1990 and has dropped out of the California Department of Motor Vehicle system. I will provide a California DMV Bill Of Sale Form. All the original side windows frames are in excellent condition with only a couple windows cracked. It rolls and can be hauled on a regular car trailer. I can store it for up to 60 days free if a buyer needs time to pick it up ot arrange shipping. I will also assist loading. This would make a really unique camper or tow vehicle for car shows.
