Description:

1964 International Harvester Other

This is a 4x4 International Harvester Ambulance. It is all original complete even with a PTO winch. This is probably a 2.5 ton chassis so maybe about a 1700 series? It has a huge alternator that feeds a big inverter so there is 110v power outlets throughout the inside and exterior. Would make an awesome utility work truck for around the farm. Also would make the start of an awesome pick-up type truck. The way they take old cabs and beds and put them on larger truck frames to make it look like oversized pick-ups...this one would be the King Kong 4x4 version. I have not started it in a few years but when I parked it, it ran and drove good. With only 19K miles on it if you needed a 345 engine or transfer case, rear end, front drive axle or any other major part this would be a great deal for you in parts alone. I drove international 4x4 trucks for years and it seems like it all interchanged.
I have had questions about the wheel base/width/height/weight etc. It has rained for two days but I should be able to get my 4 wheeler to the hay shed tomorrow and answer those questions. Thank you for your interest.
I am getting a good number of sent message failures for some reason. I am sending them directly from Ebay. If you are not getting a reply to your question(s) please let me know. I'm selling this for my son's tuition so I want to do my best for you so that you will bid your best for me. Thank you so much.Wm
