345 V8 in great working condition, transmission is in good shape, frame is near perfect - Spent it's entire life in North Carolina. Tires and Rims are almost brand new.I have new inner and outer rockers, new floor pans for both sides that will need to be installed.Back Quarters need to be replaced.This is a great Scout 2 and I wish I was able to finish it.We are moving soon and I can't take it with me.
