1969 International Harvester Scout Base 800a

Hello up for sale is my beautiful 1969 International Scout 800A. This Scout is in fantastic shape, very original truck restored nicely. Very strong 304 V-8 with good compression, no smoking or burning of oil. The 4-speed manual works great with good clutch. It is a California truck that's spent its entire life here in the Central Valley of California. It was sold originally by a Dealer located in Visalia Ca. All numbers matching powertrain and all the body panels are original with no rust. This Scouts original paint colors were green/white. I had it painted back green/white but decided to use a more modern green color called "Commando Green" which is a 2016 Jeep paint code. The interior has been redone to factory in black vinyl. This Scout is in great shape runs and drives nicely. The V-8 and 4-speed are the a great combo. I'm not sure of the exact mileage because it's a 5-digit odometer. This truck is rust free and ready for the beach, hunting or just daily driving. All the weatherstrippings are new and in great shape. The chrome on the truck has been re-chromed in triple plating. All the windows were removed and resealed during the painting process with a new front windshield. The 31/10.5/15, M/T tires are in good shape with approx. 75% tread left on them. Polished stock hub caps and steel wheels which include the spare. I changed out the exhaust to a new custom system sounds great.hope the pics of this Scout show you viewers just how nice it is.
