Honda Prelude Si 1993 - timing belt broken

Not running, timing belt broke on the road at 30mph, 3rd gear, Jan 1, 2019. The car itself is in good condition.All was operational including cruise and a/c.

Fuel system has been "pickled" yearly by drain / fill thru f pump, stabilizer added.
Small amount of rear fender rust has been arrested.
