1990 Honda Civic DX
For sale is my 1990 Honda Civic DX hatchback. It is 100 percent stock save for the 1990 Acura wheels (originals included), has never been modified and has only 47k original miles. The car runs and shifts as it should, with no leaks, fluid usage, engine noises or transmission issues. I purchased the car after it had sat for a number of years, and performed the following maintenance to make it as reliable as it was when new:
-Complete brake system overhaul, including the following: Front pads and rotors, front brake hose(s), rear brake drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and a complete flush and bleed of the system
-Complete fuel system overhaul, including the following: Tank, sending unit, complete fuel pump assembly, filter, return and feed hoses, lines thoroughly cleaned and blown out, injectors cleaned.
-Ignition system overhaul, including the following: Distributor, NGK spark plugs, NGK spark plug wires
-Fluids drained and replaced, to include oil change, coolant flush, transmission service
-2 new tires on the Acura wheels, 2 in good shape (Yes, the original steel wheels and tires come with the car)
-New Napa Legend battery and cable ends
-New valve cover gasket, thermostat and gasket, all belts, air filter
As you can see, the vehicle has been thoroughly serviced and is ready to be driven by its new owner. The interior presents very well for its age and is in excellent overall condition, including the rare rear cargo cover. There are no burns or cigarette odor, I don’t believe this has ever been a smoker’s car. Unfortunately, the sun deteriorated the fabric on the driver’s seat bolster over time, so they have covers. The undercarriage looks extremely solid, I see no evidence of structural issues or past collisions. The body is in extremely good condition for its age. It is free of rust, major dings or dents, and has no visible scratches. To my knowledge, all panels are factory original, as are lights and accessories. I have listed the vehicle at a fair price, as similar examples with more mileage have fetched over $14k on bAt. The car carries a clean Ohio title, ready to be transferred to its next owner. There are quite a few new and used parts included as a courtesy to the buyer. I am willing to help with transport or help coordinate shipping.
