1992 Honda Accord Wagon LX

Good - Was a daily driver. Engine runs well. F22B1 VTEC engine Peppy for a 4cyl
Frame/subframe looks good.
Recently Replaced:

• Brand new Oil pan with new gasket, new oil filter and fresh oil
  
• New rear motor mount
• New drivers side front wheel bearing and rotor
• "new" wiper assembly
• Fresh Paint

Seats intact but dirty. Some plastic from rear missing cracked. Door panels stained damaged. I attempted to paint one and it came out wrong so it needs to be stripped and reattempted. Carpets good. Front dash good.
No rot. There was a smidge in the fender wells but the car was just painted so sanded it down and painted 99% of it. When I got the car it had a bad paint job that was peeling with original paint showing through. Hood and front fenders were painted a different color and they just didn't bother with the roof. I sanded off the peeling paint and roughed up the clear coat to do a Rustoleum spray paint (I have a couple full cans as backup in case of scratches etc). It's not a good paint job, but its not going to peel and it looks ok from a distance. Better than before at least ;)
Pictured wheels/tires will not be included - THE Missing lug nut on rear drivers side was replaced
The original tires that came with car will be included. Two steel rims and two Honda rims will be included with car.UPDATE-Two Tires are Like new, and two are 80-90%.
Known Issues -
This is a best attempt, there may be some issues not listed. Car runs and drives but needs work.

• CV Axle popping out caused transmission oil leak and locked the transmission in 5th gear. Filled oil now transmission is working great. The CV Axle may need replacement or new lock washer to keep it from popping out.
  
• Previous owner messed with a lot of stuff. Electronics, emissions (Cat, vacuum systems, egr) and exhaust (sports muffler).
• Gauges -- No speedometer, prev owner put in wrong gauge cluster (or something) check engine light on but shows as battery light, blinkers don't show on gauge when flashing. Fuel, temp work fine.
• Depending on tires getting about 18-20 MPG due to the missing components and the way previous owner set it up.
  
• Exhaust currently has a patch had to cut out damaged flex pipe. Still has a small leak. I have a new downpipe to go with car. Just need a catalytic converter.
• Windows: Drivers and rear passenger side both go up and down. Drivers new motor, but it's slightly out of alignment so you have to coax it to line up correctly.
  Passenger front - needs reattach to track. Rear drivers side does not work and have not tried to repair.
• Various other components not working such as intermittent wipers, dome light, rear defroster. . No power steering pump, no AC.
