1989 Honda CRX DX 1.6L for Parts / Not Currently Running / Clear Title

1989 Honda CRX DX

Car is currently not starting and it could have been caused by timing belt slipping. This car was a daily driver just 1 week ago (May 25, 2018) with no problems. We are not wanting to invest any more money into this old car and would prefer to sell it.
Eight years ago we replaced the engine and also the transmission so that it now has an automatic transmission.
I purchased this car brand new myself back in 1989 and am the original owner. There is a clear title and we have a copy of the title for the car we removed the engine from. The current engine, transmission and frontend was from an identical car that had been wrecked. The only difference between the two cars was the transmission and the color of the outside of the car. Car does not have an air conditioner, just a fake button on dash.
My original VIN is JHMED8536KS006374 which matches the plate on the dash and the door, but not the current engine. The VIN for the wrecked car that the engine came from was JHMED8454KS023477 which matches the engine. The current VIN on the new title for an "assembled" vehicle is 100839910083008NE.
Body of car has 291,000 miles on it, and the replacement engine/transmission has less than 100,000 miles on it.
Driver's seat is torn up (see photos) but passenger seat is still in pretty good condition as these were replaced when we did the engine.
