1984 gmc sierra classic
1984 GMC Sierra 1500
Selling a 1984 GMC pickup. It is a factory short wide pickup with the original 305 engine and turbo 350 transmission. It has been parked for a very long time. It will run with gas poured in the carburetor but it will not stay running. It has a new gas tank, fuel pump and carburetor. There is water in the oil. It will need head gaskets or maybe a rebuild. I'm not a mechanic. This is a project and I don't have time for it. I have two other projects.The truck is mostly original except for the seat. It is not original and it is not attached to the truck as seen in the pictures. The dash needs replacing or restored. The cab is very solid with very little rust. The bed has rust through on both sides behind the wheel wells. The truck has power windows, locks, tilt steering and AC. None of them work right now and I have not tried to fix them. The tires hold air but need replacing.This could be a great truck if you have time and money for it. It will need to be towed, trailered or shipped. Inspections are welcome. It rolls and steers easily. The odometer reads 45K miles.I have a clean TX title in my name ready to sign. Relisted at a lower price. Needs to go.
